What is your shipping policy?
Shipping for your first purchase with us is always free within the continental US! Orders placed on our website are normally shipped within 2 business days.
What is your return policy?
We are confident you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to return a sheitel, just be sure to contact us within three days of receipt of your order to let us know. You can email us at sales@classicsheitels.com or call 443-717-1111. We offer a three day money-back guarantee on any wig purchased on our website.
Upon receiving your returned item in its original purchase condition, we will issue a full refund to your credit card, minus a restocking fee of $30 per wig (wigs must be rewashed and reset after their trip in the mail). We find it necessary to charge a resetting fee to keep our prices as low as possible.
Sheitels that have been damaged or altered in any way—cut, dyed, altered, etc.—cannot be returned. Any merchandise damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned.
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. When shipping wigs back to us, we advise that you insure the package for the full cost of the wigs enclosed and ask for delivery confirmation—if a wig is damaged or lost in transit, you are responsible for the full cost of the wig.
Do you offer a guarantee or warranty for your wigs?
The ZAHAVA wigs carry a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in workmanship. Your warrantee covers fixing hair loss, knotting, and hair frizzing. The warranty is a fix-or-replace warranty, at our discretion. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or lack of proper care.
The nearly new sheitels are sold as is.
Do the pictures on the site show the exact wig I am purchasing?
Yes. These are pics of the actual sheitels. What you see is what you get!
Are special orders available for the new sheitels?
Yes, please call or email us about what you are looking for.
Can you put me on a waiting list and let me know when something comes in that might be for me?
Yes, our pleasure! Just email us what you are looking for (color, cap size, length, etc.) and your contact info. We will get in touch when a sheitel comes in for you.
